AssociatesThe associate members of LCHBA are those housing professionals who are not builders, developers or Remodelors™. They are the subcontractors, the mortgage lenders, realtors, building material suppliers, home/business security systems specialists, landscapers, kitchen and bath fixture companies, lighting fixture suppliers, wireless telecommunication providers, computer service provides, truck dealerships, and the dozens more who have a part in the building of our homes.While our builders are the backbone of the Association, the associates are the driving force. They give freely of their time, talent and resources to plan and execute new projects and ensure the success of existing ones. They support our builders in their concerns for the future of housing, and they enhance the business climate for members and stress opportunities available in the housing profession to qualified participants.
