Lumpkin County Home Builders Association

The Lumpkin County Home Builders Association (LCHBA) is part of a three-tiered federation of organizations who share a common mission: to serve the housing industry and provide expanding opportunities for all consumers to have safe, decent and affordable housing. Individual members join LCHBA, which is turn is affiliated with the Home Builders Association of Georgia and the National Association of Home Builders.

This structure enables the home builders association to address regulatory issues and insure vital representation of the housing and construction industry at all levels of government. Portions of each member's local association dues go to support HBAG, our state association, & NAHB, our national association. Throughout the year, LCHBA provides numerous educational programs as a benefit to its members.
